Job ResponsibilitiesTo achieve the sales targets as set by the Management.
Attend to the enquiries from walk-in prospects, telephone enquiries, CRM, and email.
Ensure all sales activities planned (e.g., Roadshow, Event, Presentation) are implemented to achieve Group and individual sales targets.
Complete the sales procedure by issuing Sales Proforma, Acknowledgement Form, and Conditional Offer.
Sales Preparation and LaunchingResponsible for monitoring all show units upkeep and ensuring they are well maintained at all times.
Gather database for registrants and existing buyers via mail, SMS, and email blast before the targeted launching date.
End FinancingFollow up with the purchaser to prepare personal documents for loan submission to the financial institution.
Chase the financier for the loan approval, collect the letter offer, and convince the purchaser to accept the loan by signing and returning the original letter offer to the financial institutions.
