RESPONSIBILITIES: To achieve individual sales targets and overall business objectives.Sourcing prospects, attend to all sales enquiries, actively promote the company projects to prospective clients, attend customer's inquiries and provide prompt services to assist customers during and after sales.To participate in organized roadshows, exhibitions and events.Assist clients in obtaining end-financing and to arrange necessary documents to be executed by the clients.To liaise with banker in regards of clients end- financing.To build and maintain good relationship with existing and potential clients and to ensure high levels of customer service satisfaction at all time.Responsible in completing and compiling all sales related documents.To assist appointed real estate agencies whenever needed.Responsible to maintain sales gallery/ show unit/ exhibition booth in good conditions.To conduct market survey and provide feedback to improve overall sales planning and service quality.To Attending to Purchasers' queries and complaints.Manage sales inquiries, sales leads, presentation and closure, including attending to potential purchasers and follow up on cases.Build personality with high level of customer service culture.To undertake any other duty and responsibilities as so instructed by the authorized personnel of the company from time to time. REQUIREMENTS: Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing/Business or equivalent.Minimum 3 years of working experience in property development industry.Proficient in written and spoken in English, Bahasa Malay and Mandarin to effectively communicate with especially Mandarin-speaking clients.
