RESPONSIBILITIES: Sales Strategy Development Formulate and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business objectives and revenue targetsDeveloping, planning & implementing sales strategies for all ProjectsManage sales budget and deliver all sales activities within set budgetTeam Leadership Lead and manage the sales team, providing guidance, motivation, and support to achieve individual and collective sales goalsClient Relationship Management Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences to effectively promote property projectsDevelop sales strategy and liaise with real Estate agencies on sales materials and sales kitManage and coordinate with Real Estate AgenciesMarket Analysis Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities, trends, and competitive landscape in the property development sectorDevelop in-depth understanding of major market segments through market research and project bench-markingMonitor and coordinate market research, external trends analysis and market surveillance of property development to facilitate the feasibility studies of projectsSales Promotion Develop and execute promotional activities, marketing campaigns, and sales events to generate leads and drive sales growthOrganize and manage sales launches and coordinate with all relevant parties involved during sales launch or roadshows / exhibitionsSales Performance Monitoring Monitor sales performance metrics, analyze sales data, and prepare regular reports to track progress and identify areas for improvementManage sales inquiries, sales leads, presentation and closure, including attending to potential purchasers and follow up on casesCustomer Service Excellence Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing excellent service, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional mannerBuild a team with high level of customer service cultureContract Negotiation Negotiate terms and conditions of sales agreements, contracts, and pricing to secure profitable deals for the companyCompliance and Documentation Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, prepare sales documentation, contracts, and agreements accurately and in accordance with company policiesManage daily operations of the sales gallery and show unitsTo prepare reports required by the ManagementTo undertake any other duty and responsibilities as so instructed by the authorized personnel of the company from time to timeCollaboration Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, finance, and project management to align sales efforts with overall business objectives REQUIREMENTS: Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing/Business or equivalentMinimum 5 years of working experience in property development industry. Proven experience in sales management within the property development industryProficient in written and spoken in English, Bahasa Malay and Mandarin to effectively communicate with especially Mandarin-speaking clients. Ability to communicate local dialects with all levels of stakeholders internally/externally would be an added advantageGood interpersonal and negotiation skills is a mustAble to work under pressureAble to work under minimum supervision with strong sense of responsibilityDemonstrated strong customer service skills, effectively addressing customer issues and controlling business impactIn-depth understanding of the real estate industry, including laws, policies and best practicesAbility to develop and implement effective sales strategies and initiativesAdvanced sales skillsStrong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a sales teamPersonable, professional outgoingGood organization, project management and time management abilitiesGreat customer service skillsEfficient problem-solving skillsEffective communication skills, including verbal and written communicationExcellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skillsSound knowledge of property market trends, customer preferences, and regulatory requirementsMultitasking and time management skillsCollaboration and teamwork abilitiesMultilingual skills to communicate more effectively in diverse areasProficiency in sales analytics toolsResults-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving sales targets and driving business growth Interested candidates are invited to write in/fax/email their applications with detailed resume indicating personal particulars, qualification, employment history, remuneration expected, contact number and a recent passport-size photograph (n.r.) through Jobstreet.
