Qualifications & experience
Bachelor's degree in Property Management, Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in property management.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Knowledge of local property laws and regulations.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
Tasks & responsibilities
Manage and oversee day-to-day operations of residential and commercial properties.
Handle tenant inquiries, complaints, and requests in a timely and professional manner.
Conduct regular property inspections to ensure maintenance and safety standards are met.
Coordinate and supervise maintenance and repair work, ensuring quality and cost-effectiveness.
Prepare and manage property budgets, including rent collection and expense tracking.
Ensure compliance with local property laws and regulations.
Maintain accurate property records and prepare regular reports for management.
Assist in lease negotiations and renewals.
