ResponsibilitiesAddressing owners/tenants' complaints, investigating and resolving property complaints and rental violations
Contracting and supervising repairs and maintenance works
Maintaining records of income, expenses, signed leases, complaints, maintenance, etc.
Preparing reports on the financial performance of properties
RequirementsMinimum of five (5) years of relevant experience as a Property Manager or in a similar role.
Bachelor's Degree in real estate, property management, business administration or related field preferred.
In-depth knowledge of property rules and regulations
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software
Strong organizational and time management skills
