Property Sales Executive - Accounts SpecialistResponsibilities:
Identify and approach potential property buyers through various channels (leads, referrals, events).
Build and maintain relationships with clients, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly.
Present and promote property developments, showcasing features and benefits tailored to client needs.
Assess clients' financial standing to recommend suitable payment plans and financing options.
Assist clients in understanding budgets, mortgages, and property financing details.
Documentation & Compliance:
Ensure accurate completion of all sales-related documentation, including agreements and contracts.
Coordinate with clients and legal teams to ensure compliance with financial regulations and policies.
Market Insights:
Keep updated on property market trends, pricing, and competitor offerings.
Use accounting expertise to provide data-driven advice on investment potential.
Work closely with the finance, marketing, and project teams to align sales strategies with company goals.
Assist in the preparation of sales reports and forecasts using financial data.
Customer Support:
Provide post-sale support, ensuring a smooth transition and addressing any concerns during the handover process.
Act as a liaison between clients and financial institutions when required.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Proven track record in property sales or related fields.
Accounting Knowledge:
Understanding of basic accounting principles, financial analysis, and budgeting.
Ability to interpret financial documents and offer data-driven advice.
Industry Knowledge:
Familiarity with property development processes, market trends, and buyer personas.
Tech Savvy:
Proficiency in MS Office and accounting software (preferred).
Qualifications:
