Job Responsibilities Proactive to attend to any form of sales enquiries, launches and eventsTo provide excellent sales and customer services to existing customer and prospects.
To participate in roadshows, exhibitions and events.To follow up in loan application and SPA execution in order to complete the sale transaction.To conduct market research and competitor analysis.Perform any other ad-hoc tasks as maybe assigned by the superior or Company Job Requirements Candidate must possess at least SPM/STPM A Level/Pre-U, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelors Degree Post Graduate Diploma, Business Studies/ Administration/Management, Economics, Marketing or equivalent.At least one (1) year experience in property development industry.Must be able to communicate strongly in Malay, English, Mandarin.Computer literature and knowledge in Microsoft Office. (Word and Excel)Good discipline, independent, result-orientated and aggressive in generating sales.Positive mindset, proactive, dynamic and a good team player.Able to work on weekends and public holidays.Possess own transport and willing to travel. Working Days & Hours:
6 days (Weekday off)
10am - 6pm
Remuneration Based on experience, up to MYR 4,000 (Basic) + Commission
