Property Technician

As the Technician at Urban Room, you will be assigned on-site renovation tasks on a day-to-day basis. Your work will enable students to enjoy better rooms! 

What You'll Do:



-Act as the handyman to the Customer Service.


-Perform daily technician works such as replacing of bulbs, repairing of sockets, fixing of electrical fuses / db boxes, plumbing works and installtion of loose items.


-Performing check in / check out inspections with tenants to ensure all the inventories are in good working scenario.

Working Arrangement:
On-site. Work closely with our Customer Service.

; Requirements:-


-Must have experience in handyman / technician work.


-Responsible, punctual, and dependable.


-Ability to propose solution for challenging issues.


-Proactive attitude and willingness to learn.


-Strong decision-making skills, with the ability to manage unexpected situations and emergencies.


-Candidate must have own's car or motorcycle to travel around Bandar Sunway.
