Due to continued growth and a strong project pipeline, we're looking for a talented, full-time Proposals Manager to join our team in Malaysia.

About the roleReporting to the Head of Corporate Development you'll be responsible for:
Working with internal stakeholders to ensure proposals are generated and detailed quotations are developed within a timely manner;
Working with project vendors and operational groups for the development or revision of project contracts and budgets;
Preparing new project proposals and contractual documents, including Master Service Agreements and Work Orders;
Developing an understanding of and being compliant to all processes and policies relating to the development of proposals;
Tracking and reporting on all new opportunities and proposals in the CRM;
Attending bid defence meetings and client meetings in support of new business when required;
Supporting the Head of Corporate Development in business development activities and continuous process improvement initiatives;
Performing any additional responsibilities as assigned.
To be successful in the role, we're looking for candidates with:Minimum of 5 years' experience working in an industry orientated clinical research role;
Experience in the development of contracts and proposals in a clinical research environment is preferred; however, transition from an operational background would be considered;
Understanding of marketing and business development;
Appropriate tertiary qualifications in the medical, pharmaceutical or healthcare disciplines (MSc or PhD is highly desirable).
