Job Overview: The Proposals Specialist applies in-depth knowledge, experience, and best practices in proposals. They are responsible for driving the Proposals mandate to ensure delivery in all stages of every bid. The Proposals Specialist is accountable for the cost base delivery, risk review and management and process compliance across the Business Line Portfolio. They lead Proposals and Functional Managers to achieve bid objectives and strategy alignment as produced by Business Development / Sales.
