Prospect Development Executive (Lrt Accessible)

This role is responsible for providing support to the Sales team in soliciting orders forexisting or potential customers to buy services.Experience/Qualifications:Essential:- Proven experience as telemarketer or similar sales/customer service role- Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quotas preferably over the phone- Excellent communication skills- Proficient in English- Exemplary time management skills- Skilled in negotiation and dealing with complaints- Persistent and results-oriented- Patient and able to handle customer rejection- Diploma; BSc/Ba is a plusDesired:- Working knowledge of CRM Systems- Prior project management and problem-solving skillsKey Results:Outbound contactingResponsible for identifying and proactively contacting potential clients and propose our services.KPI: Daily 30 productive outbound calls to prospect clients.ReportingResponsible for weekly reporting on the contacts made.KPI: Timely accurate and detailed reporting**Job Types**: Full-time, ContractContract length: 6 months**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM3,200.00 per month**Benefits**:- Health insurance- Maternity leaveSupplemental pay types:- Performance bonus**Education**:- STM/STPM (preferred)**Experience**:- Business Development: 1 year (preferred)**Language**:- English (preferred)
