Protege - Engineering Admin

Job ResponsibilitiesResponsible support engineering administration work including filing system related to Engineering, in/out correspondence such as preparing documents and courier service, printing, scanning, etc.
Responsible for preparing the report for the Base Chief Engineer/Supervisor on work activities status on a regular basis.
Planning, submission, and record-keeping of claims for the Engineering department.
Preparation and arrangement for meetings.
To take minutes of meetings and make a report for the action items, open or closed.
Responsible for handling and processing of documentation in accordance with all relevant Project procedures.
Responsible for organizing in-house training requirements and maintaining administration.
Assist in manpower rostering.
Help compile procedure manuals, which could include editing technical drawings and other diagrams.
Archiving, retrieval and storage of documentation adhering to company standards and policies.
Setup document control processes and tools to develop and maintain the document register and to manage the routing, editing, approval, and distribution of documents for the engineering site.
Responsible for keeping up-to-date training records of engineering personnel.
Responsible for organizing to meet training requirements and maintaining administration.
Responsible for arranging the engineering travel and accommodation arrangements.#J-18808-Ljbffr
