Define your future at Hong Leong Bank- Program Structure:The Program will begin with 2-weeks of classroom training followed by 7.5 months on-the-job training.- The 2-week classroom training includes:- Ethics in Banking- Creative & Analytical Thinking- Organizational Adaptability- Grooming & Etiquette- Environment Sustainability & Social Impact- Developing Communication Skills- Requirements:- Malaysian citizens below 25 years of age- Fresh graduates with a CGPA of 3.2 & above or equivalent professional qualification- Other factors for consideration during interview process include examples of- Driving for results- Consistency in performance- Seeking win-win relationships- Demonstrating courage and humility- Taking ownership and make things happen- Leadership demonstrated through extra-curricular activitiesJob Scope - Shariah Protégé:To assist the day-to-day operation of the department which includes but not limited to:1. Assisting to conduct Shariah research on the issues related to the business and operations of the Bank to ensure Shariah compliance;2. Assisting the Shariah Secretariat in preparing the minutes of meeting and all the preparation of the SC meetings as well as matters related to SC appointment and reappointments;4.
