Responsibilities:Policy Development:Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement policies and procedures that promote integrity, transparency, and compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Compliance Monitoring:Conduct regular audits and assessments to evaluate compliance with internal policies and external regulatory requirements.
Identify areas of improvement and recommend corrective actions as necessary.
Training and Education:Develop and deliver training programs to educate employees on ethical standards, code of conduct, and compliance requirements.
Provide guidance and support to ensure understanding and adherence to policies.
Investigations and Reporting:Investigate allegations of misconduct, fraud, or ethical breaches.
Document findings and prepare reports for senior management and regulatory authorities as required.
Implement corrective measures to address identified issues.
Risk Management:Identify potential risks related to integrity and compliance and develop strategies to mitigate these risks.
Monitor emerging trends and regulatory changes to proactively address compliance issues.
Ethical Leadership:Serve as a role model for ethical behavior and integrity within the organization.
Foster a culture of accountability and transparency by promoting ethical decision-making and responsible conduct at all levels.
Stakeholder Engagement:Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, regulatory bodies, and external partners to promote integrity initiatives and exchange best practices.
Represent the organization in meetings, conferences, and industry forums related to integrity and compliance.
Additional Responsibilities:Reviewing processes, investigations, and risk mitigations, ensuring that appropriate actions are taken to address integrity and compliance risks in accordance with company policies and procedures.
Assisting in the implementation of our Integrity Framework, Policies, and Procedures, and fostering a culture of integrity and compliance throughout the organization.
Ensuring that all business divisions, domestic and international subsidiaries, and stakeholders adhere to company policies and procedures, and addressing integrity and compliance issues in a fair, transparent, and timely manner.
Providing support for reviewing and deploying compliance and ethical standards to strengthen internal controls and ensure consistency across the organization.
Facilitating training sessions for employees, management, board members, and stakeholders to promote understanding and adherence to company policies and ethical values.
Supporting integrity and compliance functions across all departments, divisions, and operations to align processes and monitoring programs, providing assurance to top management and board members on effectiveness and adequacy.
Contributing to the company's objectives by systematically evaluating and enhancing risk management, corruption assessment, control, and governance processes.
