PROTEGE – Junior Application Specialist PROTEGE TRAINEE – 1 YEAR CONTRACT (BASED IN BANDAR SRI DAMANSARA) BASIC SALARY: RM2,000/ MONTH Responsibilities Supports business activities by their technical expertise. Assists in documentation conducting on clinical diagnostic products. Handle troubleshooting calls encountered by customers. Requirements Minimum Bachelor in Biomedical Science/Medical Laboratory Technology/Microbiology Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Minimum of 6 months of working experience in application support field or microbiology laboratory is required Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Effective communication skills, both orally and in writing Good interpersonal and customer service skills Strong analytical mind and troubleshooting skills Possess own transport and willing to travel; allowance is given accordingly.
