1. Contribute towards a healthy, safe, environmentally friendly workplace by means of to Propose/ Plan/ Execute/ Monitor Health, Safety and Environmental programs to enhance compliance to Legal requirements, Group standards & Advisory, ISO Management system requirements. 2. Ensure the government HSE regulations, conforms to the requirement to comply with CIMA HSE regulations. 3. Liaise with the raw materials suppliers for continuous material supply with good quality and cost-effectiveness. 4. Monitor the quality, consumption, and movement of raw material by coordinating with the production team and another department to ensure good production and avoid wastage. 5. Prepare raw materials safety stock as reference for the related department to keep tracking on balance stock at Plant and avoid shortage of raw/packing materials. 6. Oversee the planning and scheduling of manpower for optimum usage to achieve maximum production output in safe manner. 7. Ensure resources planning (i.e raw material, fuel, and other resources) with the purpose of minimizing cost and breakdown with maximum output. 8. Provide Weekly Planning schedules for respective Engineers and Planner to plan for maintenance. 9. Communicate and liaise with all departments related to clinker and cement simulation for shutdown planning/opportunity stoppage/preventive maintenance job. 10. Able to coach, motivate and identify relevant learning solutions to the subordinate to enhance new skills/technical knowledge and to create an environment which is conducive for the team mates to work. 11. Prepare and verify daily/weekly/monthly/yearly production reports by attention to details and to minimize error and submit timely. 12.
