Protege - Production Planner

To assist and coordinate with all involved departments and personnel to ensure the completion of the planned aircraft schedule maintenance is successful.
To carry out man hours review and calculation of availability and requirements to ensure sufficient and accurate planning for AMO maintenance, publication, and submission to customers and authorities.
To carry out man hours tracking for any additional maintenance tasks carried out by AMO staff such as VVIP Flight Tasking, robbing of components, and additional temporary maintenance tasks – assembling/disassembling of aircraft, etc.
To assist and attend meetings and communications related to all aircraft schedule maintenance.
To assist BCE in ensuring the availability of:
Sufficient and qualified manpower
The required special tools, common tools, equipment, and test sets available during the scheduled downtime
To ensure and follow up on the required spares, parts, consumables, and components demanded availability and deliveryTo carry out review and amendments of all AMO publications related to Aircraft Maintenance Data documents such as Stage Worksheets and Process Sheets.
To provide monthly serviceability and availability reports for each base to AMO management.
To compile and analyze any aircraft maintenance delays for further improvement in future scheduled maintenance.
