Job Title:Project Admin (Construction)
Responsibilities:
Responsible for many administrative tasks that support a project.
Help set up project meetings.
Handle the minute-taking at meetings.
Ensure proper filing of project documents.
Track all materials purchases and services for the project.
Order supplies for job office and project.
Assist Safety Department with inventory maintenance of PPE on site.
Assist other jobs as assigned.
Allowance:RM2000
