Position Overview:
As a Tele-Marketing Protégé, you will embark on a journey to learn and develop the fundamental skills required for a successful career in tele-marketing. This position is designed to provide you with comprehensive training, hands-on experience, and mentorship to become a proficient tele-marketing professional. You will work closely with experienced tele-marketers, gaining exposure to various aspects of the role, from customer engagement to product knowledge and sales techniques.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop a deep understanding of the products or services offered by the company to effectively communicate their value to potential customers.
Receive personalized guidance and mentorship from senior tele-marketers to help you navigate challenges and improve your skills.
Make virtual outbound calls to potential customers following provided scripts and guidelines.
Listen actively to customer responses, concerns, and objections, and adapt your approach to foster positive interactions.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, feedback, and outcomes in the company's CRM system.
Work with supervisors to assess your performance against established goals and metrics.
Qualifications:Degree/Diploma, preferably in a Science background
