Role Description This is an on-site contract role for a Group Psychotherapist located in Kuala Lumpur 43000. The Group Psychotherapist will be responsible for conducting group therapy sessions for teenagers and young adults and families. The day-to-day tasks will include providing counseling and mental health support, facilitating relationship counseling, and collaborating with the resident psychiatric and nursing teams. The role will also involve working with clients in the Transitions House, focusing on sustained recovery from eating disorders.
Qualifications Psychology and Counseling skills
Experience in mental health support and therapy
Expertise in relationship counseling
Knowledge of medicine and its impact on mental health
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team
Experience working with teenagers and young adults
Relevant certifications and licenses in psychotherapy or counseling
