Public Relation Engineer

Planning and coordinating Public Relation programme for the project
Handle enquiries and feedback pertaining to the project and work closely with the relevant parties, such as residents, consultants, authorities, etc.
Take proactive measures to mitigate complaints arising from the construction activities
Ensure site employment complies with statutory regulations and company policies
Dealing with requests and complaints from the public
Overall in-charge and responsible for the internal and external publication and communication issues
Working closely with all contractors and taking proactive measures to mitigate all complaints arising from the construction activities
Filing and maintaining up-to-date file records to enable quick retrieval
Provide administrative support assistance and other ad-hoc jobs if required
Job Requirements:
Minimum 2 to 5 years of public relations experience in Civil Engineering
Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering / Construction
Proficient with MS Office and MS Excel
Good communication and interpersonal skills
