Candidates with a passion for excellence, great analytical skills and proven leadership experience are invited to apply. The Public Relations Executive works across the different disciplines.Responsible for providing administrative support to the Director of Public Relations while being familiar with all aspects of the Public Relations department.Ensure media and influencer leads and potential business opportunities are flagged and followed up by appropriate individuals.Initial conversations and build relationships with media on a consistent basis.Work with the related Directors as assigned to ensure the reputation and community image is upheld to the highest regard.Assist and support to monitor hotel's presence on all relevant websites, in addition to other online communities, ensuring content is accurate and updated.Good graphic design skills.Design visuals for hotel promotion or announcements.Update and maintain press kits, files, photography, videos.Attend hotel promotional events as needed.Receive and respond to incoming marketing telephone calls in accordance with Four Seasons Standards and assist with overflow calls as necessary.Coordinate administrative/ clerical services and activities, maintain calendar and meeting minutes.Coordinate and manage miscellaneous reservations, amenities and welcome cards on behalf of the Management.Candidates must have a firm knowledge of hotel operations and preferably Public Relations. Candidates must speak, read and write Bahasa Malaysia as well as being fluent in English.
