JOB DESCRIPTION / RESPONSIBILITIES 
•Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Mass Communication/Public Relations/Journalism or equivalent.Preffered Female candidates - Age between 25-30 years old
•Working experience in the Media/Public Relations field will be an added advantage.
•Familiar and knowledgeable on the latest trends and news media environment in Malaysia.
•Strong written and verbal communication skills in English. Additional communication skill in Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia will be an added advantage.
•Good in power point presentation•Knowledgeable in crisis communication is an added advantage.•Good health condition and able to work extra hours if needed.
•Provide exceptional customer service by promptly responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues or concerns.
•Engage with customers through various channels, such as phone calls, emails, and phone, to assist with product or service-related questions.
•Identifying opportunities to maximize sales.
•Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction, address any additional needs, and foster long-term relationships.
•Collaborate with internal teams, such as sales, marketing, and product development, to relay customer feedback and insights for continuous improvement.
•Adhere to company policies and procedures, including privacy and data protection guidelines, to ensure customer information is handled securely and confidentially.
•often need to meet with clients to present products or services, understand their needs, and close deals. These meetings might require traveling to the client's location and it could be day/evening.

; Requirements:- REQUIREMENTS



-Assist in developing and implementing effective PR strategies to increase brand equity in alltargeted markets and achieve business goals.


-Assist in managing and formulating plans for media coverage, align calendars and resolve anyissues that may arise.


-Organise, coordinate and execute PR events and campaigns.


-Build and maintain strong relationships with social, online, print and broadcast media andinfluencers


-Prepare communication materials and handle media-related matters during a crisis.


-Perform any other duties or tasks which may be assigned from time to time by the Head ofDepartment.


-Assist in customer feedback and handle media and VIP


-Schedules meetings if needed.

Schedule: Day shift



- Monday to Friday (8.00 a.m. - 5.00 p.m.)


- Saturday (8.00 a.m. - 5.00 p.m.)

*WILL BE DISCUSSED DURING INTERVIEW ON TIME CHANGING
