Develop and implement sales targeting strategies and product plans.
Build and maintain strong relationships with current and potential KOLs.
Manage documentation and allocation of goods.
Skilled in managing multiple people and prioritizing tasks.
Job RequirementsDemonstrated track record (2-3 years preferred) in business development, sales, or a related field.
Thorough knowledge of sales strategies and bargaining tactics.
Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities.
Proficient in conducting market research and competitive analysis.
Self-driven, target-focused, and motivated by achieving outcomes.
Capable of managing multiple projects and prioritizing tasks efficiently.
Excellent at troubleshooting and readily adaptable.
Openness to occasional travel requirements.
Effective under pressure and excels in dynamic settings.
