RESPONSIBILITY
- Oversee daily operations and correspondence
- Maintain office supplies, ensure clean & tidy workspace
- Prepare and manage documentation of admin, accounting and payroll
- Organize meetings, appointments, and events
- Assist new & current employees, keep employee records and check attendance
- Support basic accounting tasks such as petty cash management, invoice processing, costing and expenses tracking
- Ensure compliance to Malaysian laws, regulations and company policies

REQUIREMENTS
- Fluent in Mandarin, Cantonese, Bahasa & English, able to speak, read & write.
- Minimum diploma in Business Administration or a related field.
- Have own transport, able travel when necessary
- Working hours: Mon to Fri 8.30am-5.30pm, Alternate Sat 8.30am-1.30pm
