Job Description:
Pupil in ChambersAssist lawyers in handling files relating to conveyancing/banking cases, general non-contested cases, and litigation cases.
Attend signings, including during weekends.
Liaise with various government bodies.
Demonstrate a responsible attitude and willingness to learn.
Reliably and dedicatedly undertake assigned tasks.
Carry out tasks in a timely and professional manner.
Conveyancing ClerkAttend to all types of conveyancing matters, including sale and purchase transactions (sub-sale and project), loan and financing cases, completion of transfer and charge, discharge of charge, tenancy, and other documentation.
Experience in handling bank legal documentation, online filing, submission, and registration.
Monitor and follow up on work progress, updating relevant parties.
Demonstrate a responsible attitude and willingness to learn.
Reliably and dedicatedly undertake assigned tasks.
Carry out tasks assigned by lawyers in a timely and accurate manner.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Pupil in ChambersGood command of the English language and Bahasa Malaysia.
Hardworking, responsible, with a good working attitude and willingness to learn.
Able to handle multiple tasks and complete entrusted tasks within the requisite time.
Candidate with own transport is an advantage.
Conveyancing ClerkGood command of the English language and Bahasa Malaysia.
Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
Familiarity with conveyancing procedures.
Hardworking, responsible, with a good working attitude and willingness to learn.
Able to handle multiple tasks and complete entrusted tasks within the requisite time.
1 to 5 years of relevant experience.
