Job Description:
Pupil
- Must have interest in the area of Civil Litigation.
- Will be assisting lawyers in attending to and preparing litigation related documents, including but not limited to drafting, conducting research, and any other task as instructed by lawyers from time to time.
Legal Associate (Litigation)
- To attend Case Management / Hearing / Trials.
- To draft/prepare cause papers and legal documents.
- To conduct research and prepare opinion.
- To liaise with client.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Pupil
- LL.B/CLP/BPTC or other relevant qualifications recognized by the Bar Council of Malaysia.
- Oral and written proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Good work ethic and attitude.
- Eager to learn.
- Responsible and willing to work as a team.
- Willing to travel.
- Conversant with software like Ms Word, Ms Excel, PDF handler, and virtual meeting tools.
Legal Associate (Litigation)
- Possess a recognized Degree in Law (LLB).
- Welcome fresh grads or first-year lawyers.
- Exposure to all levels of court litigation work.
- Able to work under minimum supervision and a team player.
- Strong analytical skills, able to work within tight timelines.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication capabilities.
- Proficient in both English and Bahasa Malaysia (written and spoken).
