Job Description:
Significant exposure to commercially centred work covering aspects of complex commercial litigation, arbitration and corporate advisory, which includes securities laws and disputes touching on shareholders and joint ventures. Hands-on experience with guidance on evidential and factual gathering as well as in-depth legal research.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Pupils and/or 1 to 3 PQE. We are looking for pupils and/or fresh lawyers who are willing to think outside the box towards finding solutions and, more importantly, have a desire to take a deep dive into the complexities of law.
