About the role
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Purchase Admin Executive to join our dynamic team at ES PREMIUM HOLDINGS SDN. BHD. in Kuala Lumpur. In this full-time role, you will play a critical part in supporting our procurement and inventory management processes, ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our business.
What you'll be doing Manage and process all purchase orders, including order placement, tracking and follow-upMaintain accurate and up-to-date records of inventory levels and stock movementsCoordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of stock and suppliesContribute to the continuous improvement of purchasing and inventory processesHandle administrative duties like filing, answering inquiries, and updating internal databases.Support the purchasing manager with ad-hoc administrative tasks as needed.What we're looking for Minimum 2 years of experience in a purchase administration or inventory support roleStrong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectivelyProficient in using MS Office applications, particularly Excel, for data entry and reportingProactive problem-solving skills and the ability to work independentlyWorking Location: Old Klang RoadWhat we offer
