**Responsibilities**:- To forecast, plan, execute, monitor deliveries and control the purchasing activities and inventory level according to the company policy and procedure- To study and analyse the purchasing trend to ensure that it contributes continue saving to the company.- To liaise with production and warehouses regarding material ordering, delivery and plan before issuance of Purchase orders.- Coordinating production workflow for one or multiple products. Planning and prioritizing operations to ensure maximum performance and minimum delay.- Determining equipment and raw materials needed to cover production demand.- Scheduling of work orders / production loading to ensure smooth production and on time delivery.- Communicate with production on planning execution and resolve issues- Ensure production results and on-time delivery according to sales forecasts, customer orders and appropriate inventory levels.- Evaluate vendor's quotation to ensure that they are in line with the company specifications- Coordinating and managing production time and shipping schedules- Monitoring factory stock and inventory accessories- Carry out additional duties and responsibilities as assigned from time to time**JOB REQUIREMENTS**- Preferably minimum 3 years working experience in purchasing and material planning in manufacturing/production- Strong written and verbal communication skills- Good command in English as role requires to communicate with overseas customers- Computer literate (Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint)- Able to multitask and manage time efficiently**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent**Salary**: RM2,084.86 - RM4,907.89 per monthSchedule:- Day shiftSupplemental pay types:- Yearly bonusAbility to commute/relocate:- Johor Bahru: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
