Purchasing Account Assistant

Administrative Support- Purchase Order Management: Assist in the creation and processing of purchase orders. Review purchase orders for accuracy and completeness. Track and monitor order status to ensure timely delivery.- Vendor Communication: Liaise with suppliers to resolve order discrepancies or issues. Communicate delivery schedules and expectations to suppliers. Maintain positive relationships with vendors- Coordinating with other departments within a company for the purchase of specialized materials or equipment- To perform other duties as and when assigned**Required Experience**- At least 1 Year of working experience in the supervision sector or related field- Computer literacy, willing and eager to learn something new- Meticulous and attentive to details.- Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and responsibilities.- Ability to meet deadlines and handle pressure.- Training will be provided.**Preferred Education**- Possess in SPM or Diploma in facility management or any field.
