Purchasing & Admin Executive/Assistant

ResponsibilitiesManage the procurement process, including Purchase Requisitions, Quotations and issuance of Purchase Orders.
Prepare and process purchase orders and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders & external vendors to understand procurement needs and requirements.
Maintain accurate procurement records and documentation in compliance with company policies.
Update & monitor MST Job Tracking List for POs received/Invoices submitted related to customers and follow up with MST/Customer's PICs to ensure timely POs received/invoice submission.
Negotiate with vendors for the best deals when necessary.
Follow up with suppliers for any issues regarding quotations & invoicing.
Support and assist in other areas of office administrative/finance work when needed.
Job RequirementsPossess Diploma/Certificate in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, or related field.
Minimum 2 years' experience in handling procurement processes, supplier management or administration work.
Good negotiation and communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
Experience in Facility Management company or M&E Contractor company will be an added advantage.
