Purchasing & Admin Executive

Sourcing construction materials, services, machinery/equipment and negotiating the best or most cost-effective ways to purchase goods.
Conducting product research and sourcing new suppliers and vendors who are well-versed with construction supplies and adequate to meet anticipated demand.
Reviewing existing contracts with suppliers to ensure ongoing feasibility.
Building and maintaining long-term relationships with suppliers.
Issuing purchase requisitions and purchase orders, organizing and confirming delivery of goods and services.
Initiating and processing emergency purchases.
Overseeing and managing logistics - tracking shipments, inventory, and the supply of goods.
Preparing price comparisons and selection of suppliers.
Maintaining good communication relationships with all customers, suppliers, and employees.
Exhibiting superb written and verbal communication and negotiation skills.
Demonstrating great organizational and planning skills.
Having experience in the use of SQL & other relevant analytics tools.
Identifying market trends and making decisions in a high-stress environment.
Following client specifications.
Possessing excellent networking and time management skills.
Completing ad-hoc tasks as required by top management.
Mandarin speaker required to communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
