About this role
Nirvana KL Berhad is seeking a talentedPurchasing & Admin Executiveto join our dynamic team at our Nirvana 2 location in Kuala Lumpur. In this role, you'll be responsible for sourcing suppliers, managing purchase orders, and ensuring timely deliveries. You'll also handle purchase requisitions, verify invoices, and support the team with various procurement tasks. What you'll be doing
Sourcing and Procurement : Conduct sourcing, evaluate quotations, and issue purchase orders to vendors.
Purchase Requisition Management : Handle, monitor, and verify purchase requisitions from various departments.
Supplier Delivery Monitoring : Track delivery dates committed by suppliers/vendors to ensure timely delivery of goods.
Document Management : Handle purchasing documents, including the submission of invoices and delivery orders to Central Procurement and Finance.
Any other duties as assigned by the superior / management to you from time to time.
What we're looking for
Education : Degree / Diploma in Business Administration / International Business / Logistics / Supply Chain Management / Marketing or equivalent.
Experience : Fresh graduates are welcome to apply—enthusiasm and a willingness to learn are key!
Language Skills : Proficiency in bothMandarinandEnglishis required for effective communication.
