**Purchase Admin - Job Description**- Issuing Purchase order details (e.g. vendors, quantities, prices) into SQL System- Track orders and arrangement timely delivery and pick up.- Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information and invoices- Daily checking purchase request outstanding records- Maintain updated records of supplier quotation.- Prepared supporting document for tax exemptions**REQUIREMENTS**:- Master computer tools (MS Excel & words)- Skills with administrative files- Good interpersonal- SPM or higher educationWORKING HOURS: MONDAY TO FRIDAY (8.30AM - 5.30PM)LOCATION: TAMAN IMPIAN EMAS**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate, Student job**Salary**: RM1,600.00 - RM2,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Health insurance- Maternity leave- Meal allowance- Opportunities for promotion- Professional developmentSchedule:- Fixed shift- Monday to FridaySupplemental pay types:- 13th month salary- Performance bonus- Yearly bonus
