**Job Descriptions**- Accurate inventory data key in for DO and PO.- Ensure invoice data 3-way matching.- Contact, place and follow up orders with supplier in a timely and professional manner.- Create product codes; maintain cost of products.- Generate, photocopy, file and maintain document integrity.- Perform wastage data record and prepare report.- Perform stock check and cost check, data key-in.**Job Requirements**- Possess basic computer skills: Microsoft Office (Excel esp.) & Google Apps (Sheets, Forms & etc.)- Strong sensitivity to data and detailed oriented.- Quick learner and fast adaptability.- High emotional intelligence and strong people skills.- Able to work in a challenging and fast-paced environment.- Strong prioritizing skills, ability to multitask, goal oriented, assertive, hands-on problem solver and result-driven.- Possesses excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills.- Able to work in a 6 days shift (9am-5pm) with a grant of 1 off day per week.Working Location : Medan Connaught, Cheras**Salary**: RM1800 - RM2200Signature Market - Career OpportunitiesGet an overview of some of the job areas that are available for you, and explore some of the opportunities that could help you further develop your career.
