Purchasing Administrator (Urgent Hiring - Kulim)

Manage the full MR-PO process, including placement, changes, validation, and matching.
Follow up with suppliers to update shipment dates and ensure timely deliveries.
Generate and provide weekly progress reports to the project team.
Update and monitor Goods Receipts status and match with delivery orders.
Handle new supplier registration and onboarding processes.
Collaborate with logistics teams for smooth shipment arrangements from suppliers.
Support inventory management by mass uploading supplier products, data mapping, and maintaining the product catalog.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth system integration and functionality.
Provide ongoing support to enhance and optimize inventory system performance.
Requirements:
Diploma in Business Administration, Operations Management, Logistics, or a related IT field.
Positive attitude with a strong willingness to learn.
Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and numerical accuracy.
Proficiency in data management and data mapping techniques.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
Prior experience in procurement or purchasing administration is an advantage.
Proficiency in Mandarin is essential for managing the China account.
