Job Description
Own TransportationBased in Klang, Selangor5.5 days working day (5 days office, half day WFH)Being able to start as soon as possible Process purchase orders and track order status.Maintain accurate records of purchases and supplier information.Communicate with vendors to negotiate prices, delivery schedules, and terms.Monitor inventory levels and assist in inventory control.Assist in preparing reports on purchasing activities and expenditures.Collaborate with internal departments to understand purchasing needs.Resolve issues related to orders, deliveries, or payments.Support the purchasing team with administrative tasks as needed.Maintain normal operation of the office
