Purchasing Assistant (Female Chinese Speaker)

Job description : - Responsible for purchasing duties (local / oversea) - Liase with existing suppliers on quotation request, price negotiation and delivery effectively - Responsible of purchase order issuance, receiving, billing, follow up delivery to ensure efficient and smooth running of daily operation.
- Liase with forwarding agent for import shipment from oversea (ocean / air freight), to confirm custom duties and determine correct HS code.
- To undertake any ad-hoc tasks as and when required.
Requirements : - Able to work independent, responsible, positive working attitude and self- motivated.
- Experience in handling purchasing job process.
- Experience in handling import work will be an added advantage.
Qualification / Skills : - Minimum SPM/Professional Certificate/Diploma.
- Female Chinese speaker, able to read and write in chinese.
- Basic Computer knowledge, Ms Excel, Ms Word.
Experience : - Minimum at least 6 months or above experience.
- Fresh gradutes are encouraged to apply.
Others : - 5 working day.
- Work location : Senai - Training will be provided.
- Full time position available.
- Salary negotiable.
