_**URGENT!**_**General Job Description**:A procurement assistant provides administrative support for the procurement department of a company. As a procurement assistant, your job duties include monitoring current inventory, ordering supplies, and scheduling deliveries to ensure that the company has enough necessary materials or equipment.**Duties and Responsibilities**:- Monitor stock levels and identify purchasing needs;- Research potential vendors;- Track orders and ensure timely delivery;- Update internal databases with order details (dates, vendors, quantities, discounts);- Conduct market research to identify pricing trends;- Evaluate offers from vendors and negotiate better prices;- Maintain updated records of invoices and contracts,- Follow up with suppliers, as needed, to confirm or change orders;- Liaise with warehouse staff to ensure all products arrive in good condition.**Qualifications**:- Min 1 - 2 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.- Knowledge of market research.- Required language(s): Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia.- Female below 35 years old**Working Hour**: 5 days8am-530pm OR 830am-6pm**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent**Salary**: RM2,300.00 - RM3,500.00 per monthSchedule:- Monday to Friday- Weekend jobsSupplemental pay types:- Performance bonusApplication Question(s):- Expected salary?- Notice period?**Education**:- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)**Experience**:- Purchasing: 1 year (preferred)- Market research: 1 year (preferred)**Language**:- Mandarin (required)
