Purchasing Assistant

_**Purchasing Assistant **_**Responsibilities**:- Preparation of general work task related to purchasing department.- Organize and update database of supplies, delivery time, invoices and quality of suppliers.- Ensure all deliveries contain all good requested.- Create and maintain good relationship with vendors and suppliers.- Track incoming inventory, follow up with vendor on delivery time.- Filing, update all purchasing documents.**Requirements**:- Required language(s): Bahasa Melayu, English.
