Purchasing Assistant

Roles and Responsibilities- Overseeing and implement system inventory tracking to optimize inventory control process.- Perform the data entry duties such as generate the good receive notes, stock transfer, replenishment stock, issue new PO.- To ensure administrative work at Material Control Department is carried out efficiently.- Filling all documentation.- Assist planner to key in the Job Order at SQL.- Assist planner to prepare the Line Order Schedule to production.- Assit to conduct cycle count during inventory stock take.- Assist purchaser on other ad-hoc dutites.- Assist on the return goods of trading goods.- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the superior.- Perform any other task as per requested by superior.**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresh graduatePay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Free parking- Maternity leave- Opportunities for promotion- Professional developmentSchedule:- Day shift- Weekend jobsSupplemental pay types:- Overtime pay- Yearly bonusAbility to commute/relocate:- Senai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)**Education**:- STM/STPM (preferred)Expected Start Date: 05/02/2024
