Purchasing Assistant

**Responsibilities**:- Collate purchase orders and purchase requisitions in order to order materials, goods and supplies.- Review inventories and order as required.- Interact with the suppliers on a day to day basis.- Review deliveries against the orders.- Track the status of any orders.- Deal with non-supplied, under orders, over orders and damaged goods.- Produce and maintain all reports.- Received the complete document from the supplier for superior review.- Assist the department for to ensure smooth running of daily operation in office such as filling documents, updating master list and other ad-hoc task assigned by superior.**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent**Salary**: RM1,800.00 - RM2,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Opportunities for promotion- Professional developmentSchedule:- Monday to FridaySupplemental pay types:- Attendance bonus- Overtime pay
