Purchasing Assistant

-Plan inventory and non-inventory stock purchase by checking on the usage and demand  -Monitor stock level, ensure timely stock replenishment to avoid out of stock situation  -Maintain accurate recordings and ensure relevant documentations are all in order -Monitor on sample and goods delivery status  -Ensure receiving of the goods tally with specification (visually) needed   -Carry out any other duties and responsibilities as directed from time to time.
