Purchasing Assistant

Job Responsibilities:
Previous experience in a similar purchasing role within the hotel sector.
Must be willing to work anywhere in Malaysia.
Be aware of the hotel's activities at all times in order to have sufficient stocks of goods/items.
Familiarity with sourcing and vendor management.
Ability to gather and analyze data and to work with figures.
Excellent numeracy and knowledgeable of Microsoft Excel.
Possess good written and spoken communication skills, especially in the English language.
Good time management.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Able to work within Malaysian states.
