The Purchasing Assistant is a hands-on experience focusing on procurement, supplier negotiations, and market analysis. It aims to develop strategic, communication, and analytical skills, preparing participants for careers in purchasing and supply chain management.
In this role, you will: Replenish Stock Monitoring stock level and identifying purchasing needs. Track orders and ensure timely delivery Provide administrative support to the procurement team, including preparing reports, analyzing data, and assisting in the development of procurement strategies. Negotiate pricing and terms with suppliers to secure favorable agreements while maintaining quality standards. Process purchase orders and ensure accurate documentation of procurement transactions. Have knowledge in bakery products is advantages.
