Stock Monitoring
- Regularly monitor stock levels and identify purchasing needs to avoid shortages or overstocking.

Supplier Coordination
- Follow up with suppliers to confirm or adjust orders as required.
- Maintain open communication with suppliers to resolve any delivery or order issues promptly.
c. Operational Support
- Collaborate with operational teams to understand and fulfill their buying requirements effectively.
- Ensure the timely delivery of requested materials and services to meet operational demands.
d. Sourcing and Quotation Management
- Source potential suppliers and obtain competitive quotations for new material requests as requested by end-users.
- Assist in evaluating suppliers based on price, quality, and delivery terms.
e. Administrative Tasks
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Head of Department (HOD).
- Maintain accurate purchasing records and documentation for tracking and compliance purposes.
Job Requirement:
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma / Degree in Business / Management or any relevant field.
Required skill(s): Microsoft Office.
Good attitude and willing to learn.
Previous experience in a purchasing or administrative role would be advantageous.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Good analytical skills to assess supplier performance and compare pricing.
Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in orders placing and documentation work.
