Purchasing Assistant

Details of the offer

-Managing purchase orders, overseeing shipping schedules and maintaining purchase records


-To establish, update and continually improve the systems and proceduces to achieve smooth running of operations and ensure all shipment are in contol.


-Process incoming and outgoing logistics activities in system and maintain database (PO, GRN, etc), follow up o vendor's delivery, import and export.


-Coordinate and issuance of shipping documentation, ie: Contract, Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading, Cargo Insurance.

-Degree / Diploma in Business Admin or equivalent.


-Minimum 1-2 years working experinces in the same field of work
