Job DescriptionManaging purchase orders, overseeing shipping schedules, and maintaining purchase records.
Establishing, updating, and continually improving the systems and procedures to achieve smooth operations and ensure all shipments are in control.
Processing incoming & outgoing logistics activities in the system and maintaining the database (PO, GRN, etc.), following up on vendor's delivery, import & export.
Coordinating and issuing shipping documentation, including Contract, Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading, and Cargo Insurance.
Job RequirementsDegree/Diploma in Business Admin or equivalent.
Minimum 1-2 years working experience in the same field.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Good command of both spoken English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Chinese.
High level of integrity.
Ability to interact with people at all levels, both internal and external.
Knowledge in IT - Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint).
Possess own transport.
