Duties and responsibilities: 
Auditing contracts and other documentation for company purchases.Evaluating, maintaining, and updating purchase records.Creating purchase orders and proposals for vendors.Maintaining vendor and supplier databases.Inspecting purchases and providing receipts.Undertaking various tasks to support procurement officers and managers.Assisting the finance team with vendor and supplier payments.Permit applications and any ad hoc task given by management Requirements: 
High school diploma or equivalent (Associate Degree or B.Sc. in Logistics, Purchase and Supply, Business Administration or related fields are typically preferred)At least two years of experience in a purchasing positionIn-depth knowledge of purchasing functions, inventory and supply management systemsExcellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skillsAbility to work with minimal supervisionStrong organizational skills, a good understanding of sourcing and the ability to maintain vendor relationshipsDirect experience with spreadsheet computer applicationsAbility to use purchasing softwareFluent in Bahasa Melayu & Bahasa Inggeris (Chinese is an added advantage) Female preferable
